Product Ordering

Orders can be placed online at MarAlonzo.com or by phone at (562) 338-3122. You can also place your order in person and get professionally measured for a custom fit at one of our Home Fashion Shows booked by you or your friends.

Items will be saved in your shopping bag for up to 10 days. Items are not reserved when you place them in the shopping bag. The checkout process must be completed for the item(s) you are ordering to be reserved. If items sell out, they will automatically be removed from your shopping bag.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express logos are accepted.

You can also make payments through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal Account to make a payment through Paypal. You can make payment through your Paypal Account or simply pay as a Paypal Guest. If you wish, you can set up a new Paypal Account at the time of payment. Please make sure billing information is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement: First and last name, billing address and credit card information. We will notify you by phone or e-mail if we incur any problem with your payment information provided during checkout.

All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax

Under current law, we are required to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order's "ship to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where MarAlonzo has a presence. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Currently, MarAlonzo collects sales tax in California. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice accompanying your order. Note: State sales and other tax rates are subject to change at any time.

MarAlonzo will also collect all sales and other applicable state taxes in any other state or jurisdiction as we expand into that state or jurisdiction.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be added to your order. You will have a chance to review these charges before you complete your order. Please visit our Shipping page to review our Shipping rates and delivery process.

Order Processing

Our goal is to process your order within one business day from the date it is placed. Once your order has been placed, your order is processed as quickly as possible, so there is a very short window to make any changes. Your credit card is not charged until your order ships.

While every effort is made to fulfill your entire order, there may be an occasional instance where we need to cancel one or more item(s) due to out-of-stock merchandise. If we are unable to fulfill any portion of your order, we will send you a cancellation e-mail. You will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

Cancellation or Changes

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please call (562) 338-3122 right away, and we will make every effort to catch your order before it enters the shipping process. However, once it enters the shipping process, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please see our Return Policy for information on Returns.

If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to out-of-stock or backordered merchandise, or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
